My video responds to the mood and lyrics of the track, unpacking fleeting thoughts, perhaps during a slow sea voyage from Liverpool to London, pondering responsibility, guardianship and hope via Malcolm Lowry, Anthony Burgess & Malcolm McDowell in A Clockwork Orange, The Ramones & The Shop Assistants, Angel of the North, Bob Dylan, Leasowe Lighthouse and Lulu the black lab dog.
