This is the No Parlez project called ZERO PLAN, a cover version of Rutherford Chang’s We Buy White Albums project. Current count of the number of No Parlez acquired is on the main website page. The accompanying zine is also called ZERO PLAN. Issue 18 has been funded by the sale of some original 1980s zines to a collector in Germany. The issue starts out with all intentions of dedicating itself to the notion of the cover version but within four days, the issue realises and proposes that ZERO PLAN has moved way beyond being a mere cover of Rutherford's project. It is now something else. 16-pages full colour with wraparound cover, 25x17cm, beautifully printed as always by our friends at NewspaperClub. Available in return for one copy of No Parlez on vinyl.
