This is the No Parlez project called ZERO PLAN, a cover version of Rutherford Chang’s We Buy White Albums project. Current count of the number of No Parlez accumulated is on the main website page. The accompanying zine is also called ZERO PLAN. Issue 30 has been inspired by a 1987 issue of the DISCIPLINE zine that mostly covered the industrial/noise scene. The issue comes with a free cassette featuring an alternative "Peel Festive 50", with 40 tracks that never made the official F50. The issue also has the latest TOP TEN from Mike Bradshaw, Record Shop of the Month, reports from Islay and the newly crowned Spotters League Winners 2025-26 and a card from the commercially-available GENIUSES card set that doesn't include any of the following: Lou Reed/VU, Beatles, Public Enemy, Bob Marley, Stockhausen, Cocteau Twins, The Fall or The Smiths. All plus the usual stickers, bits and bobs and some original doodles on the back from Joey (aged 10). 24-pages full colour, 21x14.8cm, beautifully printed by mixam.
