This is the No Parlez project called ZERO PLAN, a cover version of Rutherford Chang’s We Buy White Albums project. Current count of the number of No Parlez accumulated is on the main website page. The accompanying zine is also called ZERO PLAN. Issue 28 marks a switch to a new A5 format, a return to 24 pages and a print edition of 50. It features a chat with the other FWT, Maz Roberts, another Top Ten from Mike Bradshaw and updates on ZERO PLAN related projects with Mike Hill and Luke Drozd. It comes with a free BEANIE postcard, badge, lollipop, mini-zines and A3 poster. 24-pages full colour, 21x14.8cm, beautifully printed by mixam. Available in return for one copy of No Parlez on vinyl.
