    This is the <i>No Parlez</i> project called <i>ZERO PLAN</i>, <strike>a cover version of Rutherford Chang’s <a href="http://rutherfordchang.com/white.html"><i>We Buy White Albums</i></a> project</strike>. Current count of the number of <i>No Parlez</i> accumulated is on the main <a href="index.html">website</a> page. The accompanying zine is also called <i>ZERO PLAN</i>.

Issue 24 explores the unique anti-RSD <i>No Parlez</i> project alongside new works from BettyBoolean, interviews with new Spotters and collectors and a short features on Cosey Fanni Tutti. The issue includes a fabricated Leeds Poly business card, new postcard from SCORIA, Spotters badge, gold from Ferrero Rocher, spray paint, 
Sid Snake QR stickers, hand-drawn stickers, clippings from a 1970 comic, bought Christmas and 'rasta' stickers, fragments from a smashed mobile phone, Lola cat stamps and a POPART calendar.
