This is the No Parlez project called ZERO PLAN, a cover version of Rutherford Chang’s We Buy White Albums project. Current count of the number of No Parlez accumulated is on the main website page. The accompanying zine is also called ZERO PLAN. Issue 21 explores the No Parlez sleeve including an exlusive interview with its designer Julian Balme who kindly shares the original design and the full colour photograph finally used. Artists Darren Riley and Naive Melodies are also interviewed and there's a free print of one of Darren's No Parlez paintings, along with a free badge, stickers and the second ever No Parlez Spotters League Table (with some high climbers and new entries). 24-pages full colour, 25x17cm, beautifully printed as always by our friends at NewspaperClub.
